Factory

Quality and innovation are one of HELL ENERGY’s most important missions, which energy drink enthusiasts have considered HELL’s trademark since the very beginning. The company’s Borsod County factory, equipped with unparalleled German production technology, produces premium quality energy drinks in strict compliance with the FSSC 22000 food safety regulations.

The opening of the filling plant in 2011 was one of the most important milestones in the short but successful history of the then only five-year-old HELL brand. The facility, equipped with production lines from two German machine manufacturers (Krones, KHS), offers outstanding performance even considering European standards. The factory complex currently fills 7 million aluminum beverage cans with liquid energy per day, which cans come from the company’s own beverage can factory, QUALITY PACK, opened in 2017. Thanks to the coordinated work processes, in 2019 HELL’s filling plant and beverage can factory won the Factory of the Year Award in the category of the most effective production support processes.

HELL’s vitalizing taste is ensured by the use of high-quality ingredients and the latest technology. The process of energy drink production is supervised by excellent professionals, making sure that only flawless products reach consumers.

In order to serve the increasing production volume and the export markets safely, QUALITY PACK was built in the spring of 2017, as a member of the HELL group; this is Hungary’s first aluminum beverage can factory. The 42,000-square-meter plant produces 1.5 billion 250-ml beverage cans and can lids per year using high percent recycled aluminum raw material, which is still 100 percent recyclable. Having this factory means that HELL ENERGY can declare that it manufactures its products entirely itself without the use of an external source.

The latest gem of the production complex is the filling plant, handed over on 10 September 2020, suitable for the production of milk-based beverages in aluminum cans. The HELL ICE COFFEE brand – which was introduced in 2019 – was initially manufactured in Germany for hire. In November 2019, the construction of the new 11,880 m2 plant, equipped with the latest technology, began, in which 50,000 boxes of premium iced coffee can now be made per hour.
