The his first touring car year, Attila Tassi celebrated his 18th birthday in 2017 with his first race win at the Hungaroring. The talented teenager had brilliant preformance during the 2017 season of TCR International Series which made him a runner-up in the championship and his team, the M1RA, has won the team’s championship.
In 2018 Tassi continued his career in TCR Europe as a test pilot of JAS Motorsport. He finished the season on the fourth position while his team, the HELL ENERGY Racing Team with KCMG has won the team’s championship. The perfomance of the young driver caught the attention of the HONDA, who offered him a contract for the 2019 season as a factory driver in WTCR. Tassi doesn’t have an easy task since he is the youngest driver in the „super grid” which is full of former world champions.
Attila Koncz has joined to the HELL Racing Team in October of 2017. The young talent started his K1 career in 2015 and he already won a European Champion title in 2017. That year, in his homeland, Romania, he also won the National Wushu Champion title.
At the end of 2017 Koncz moved to Hungary, Miskolc, where his role model, Tivadar Kunkli started to train him. As the outcome of their collaboration Attila won a silver medal on a K1 world championship and a Professional Intercontinental K1 Champion title.
In 2019 their ways separated but the young fighter keep chasing his dreams. In order to improve his skills, he trains with the three-time K1 world champion, Remy Bonjasky at his academy.
The two times European rally champion following his serious crash in 2016, is back on track in 2019. Bessenyey is satisfying his passion of speed in a special gokart – he already made it to the podium in July of 2019 at the Handikart International Trophy where he finished on the third position in H4 category. In march of 2019 BZ became a member of the FIA Disability and Accessibility committee.
